7. Dispatch & Delivery

8. Lost, Delayed or Missing Parcels

If a parcel appears to be lost, significantly delayed or has not arrived, customers should contact us as soon as reasonably possible at info@purebiolabs.co.uk.

We will investigate delivery issues with the relevant carrier where appropriate and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

9. Damaged Parcels

If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs of the packaging, shipping label and product to assist with our investigation.

10. Incorrect or Missing Items

11. Returns & Refunds

Customers should contact Pure BioLabs before sending any product back. Returns should not be sent without receiving return instructions from us.

12. Order Cancellations

Customers may contact Pure BioLabs to request cancellation of an order before dispatch. Any statutory cancellation or consumer rights that apply will continue to apply.
